  • LEGAL FORM AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Digital Receipts Association DRA was established in March 2023 and has the form of a registered association as defined in the provisions of Section 214 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Its statutes regulate the conditions of membership and the specific steps that the representatives of the members of the association will jointly develop in order to create a standard for digital receipts, legitimise the customer's right to a digital receipt, the conditions for the security of stored data and the principles of GDPR, and raise awareness of the topic of digitalisation of business towards traders, institutions and the general public.

The main activity of the DRA is by nature a non-profit activity. Its main activity is therefore not and will not be business.

DRA can only conduct business as a secondary activity.
